You also understand that the Service may include certain communications from SoccersAPI, such as service announcements, administrative messages and that these communications are considered part of SoccersAPI free registration and paid subscriptions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). Additionally, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.
Your Registration Obligation
As a registered user of SoccersAPI service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You also agree to:

In order to access additional features and services, you must become a subscriber to the service.
Depending on the subscription plan you select, you will be entitled to different limits.
By subscribing to any of our plans, you accept our pricing as well as the limits of the subscription. An auto-renewal of the Service is automatically activated upon purchase.
Cancellation and Refund policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime by send us an email. By cancelling the current subscription, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current pre-paid period and then expires automatically.
If you do not wish to continue using the Service, please cancel the current subscription at least 3 days before the end of the billing period so that the cancellation can be processed correctly.
SoccersAPI is not obligated to provide you a refund at any time. As per our 48 hours money-back guarantee, you have 48 hours after the transaction to request a full refund via a live chat or by contacting us at [email protected].
The 48-hours refund eligibility does not apply to 2 consecutive subscriptions, recurring billing cycles or if you had the Free Trial promotion.
For annual subscriptions, we may provide a partial refund upon request, however, the amount would be based only on full months and calculated as if the monthly plan was used. We do not provide partial refunds for monthly subscriptions.
We will not refund any subscription in order to purchase the same subscription plan with a discounted price or for get a free trial.

Client breaks these Terms and Conditions; Client diverges from the normal usage patterns established by SoccersAPI services; Client attempts to inflict damages on the reputation or normal work of SoccersAPI.com; Client resell or redistribute our data without our consentiment; As respond to requests for customer service; SoccersAPI receives abuse request concerning user actions from law enforcement agencies.
Cancellation of service by client implies that all the responsibilities about data, received by SoccersAPI.com services, covered by these Terms and Conditions, are in effect.

All parties take into consideration that email is not a secure, guaranteed medium of communication. Emails should only be regarded received by SoccersAPI if the client receives a manually created response.
With the exception of the above points, all discussions over email are deemed to be of informal nature, and should only be taken as binding when indicated as such by SoccersAPI board.
Any suggestions, mention or reference of any alteration to past, present or future contractual terms by SoccersAPI should be taken purely as speculative until such time that the client is in possession of written confirmation by SoccersAPI board.
